RISE Programs

RISE Inside

RISE Inside is an in-custody restoration and accountability program for incarcerated participants. It helps participants examine identity, responsibility, shame, choices, emotional growth, faith, and the work of preparing for a different life.

RISE Inside serves incarcerated individuals through Christ-centered restoration, accountability, personal reflection, emotional growth, and practical preparation. Participants are challenged to examine who they are, what shaped them, the harm connected to their choices, and the kind of life they are preparing to build moving forward.

RISE Forward

RISE Forward is a post-release reentry program that helps returning citizens build a practical plan for life after incarceration. Participants work on compliance, employment, housing, family repair, recovery support, education, documents, decision-making, and daily stability.

RISE Forward helps people coming home from incarceration move from release into stability with structure, accountability, and practical support. The program focuses on the real-life areas that affect reentry, including compliance, employment, housing, documents, recovery support, family repair, education, decision-making, and building a stable daily routine.

RISE: Roots

RISE: Roots is a restoration-focused program that helps participants examine identity, pain, history, choices, responsibility, and growth. It helps people understand what shaped them while challenging them to take ownership of who they are becoming.

RISE: Roots helps participants look beneath the surface of behavior and examine the roots of identity, pain, trauma, choices, survival patterns, responsibility, and growth. The program does not excuse harm, but it helps participants understand what shaped them so they can take ownership of their future with honesty and accountability.

RISE: The Ripple Effects of Harm

RISE: The Ripple Effects of Harm is a survivor-honoring accountability program that helps participants understand how harm reaches beyond one moment, one person, or one decision. Participants examine responsibility, empathy, victim impact, family damage, community harm, and the work required for honest restoration.

RISE: The Ripple Effects of Harm helps participants understand that harm does not end with the act itself. It affects survivors, families, children, communities, correctional staff, law enforcement, first responders, and others who carry the ripple effects of crime, violence, and trauma. This program challenges participants to face responsibility, develop empathy, honor survivors, and understand why restoration must never minimize harm.

Survivor Honor Commitment Training

Survivor Honor Commitment Training equips churches, ministries, nonprofits, and organizations to honor survivors of crime, understand the ripple effects of harm, use responsible language, build accountability safeguards, and support restoration without minimizing what happened.

Survivor Honor Commitment Training helps leaders move beyond good intentions into clear standards of care, truth, accountability, survivor honor, and responsible ministry practice. The training supports churches and organizations that want to serve justice-impacted individuals and families while also protecting the dignity, voice, and experience of survivors.

Survivor Honor Council

The Survivor Honor Council provides survivor-led guidance connected to survivor-honoring practices, ministry safeguards, Survivor Honor Commitment Training, and accountability review.

The Survivor Honor Council helps protect the integrity of Prison 2 Praise Ministries’ survivor-honoring commitment. The council provides guidance to help ensure restoration work never minimizes harm, ignores survivor voices, or moves forward without truth, humility, care, and accountability.

Restore Circles

Restore Circles create structured space for healing, accountability, listening, and community restoration when appropriate and properly guided.

Restore Circles are designed to support healing, accountability, and restoration through guided conversations and structured support. This pathway must be handled with care, preparation, and survivor-honoring safeguards so that restoration never becomes pressure, performance, or minimization of harm.

RISE Youth

RISE Youth is a prevention and early intervention program that helps young people see beyond their current surroundings, choices, and limitations. It gives youth tools for identity, decision-making, leadership, respect, responsibility, and hope before hardship defines their future.

RISE Youth helps young people recognize their value, choices, leadership potential, and future before destructive patterns take root. The program supports youth impacted by incarceration, family instability, community violence, poverty, trauma, and limited exposure by helping them see more, believe more, and become more.

RISE: From Survival to Stability

RISE: From Survival to Stability is a financial literacy program that helps participants understand their money, break survival-mode spending patterns, build a budget, plan each paycheck, prepare for emergencies, and move toward long-term financial stability.

RISE: From Survival to Stability helps participants move from financial chaos to financial direction. The program teaches money awareness, spending patterns, emotional spending, needs versus wants, budgeting, paycheck planning, preparation for emergencies, and ownership of financial decisions.

RISE Construction Career Training Program / Workforce Development

RISE Construction Career Training Program is a workforce development pathway that helps participants prepare for construction careers, safety training, job readiness, certifications, workplace expectations, and long-term employment stability.

The Weight of Release: The First 14 Days Reentry Simulation

The Weight of Release is an experiential reentry simulation that helps participants, churches, organizations, and community members understand the pressure, decisions, barriers, and consequences people face immediately after release.

The Weight of Release: The First 14 Days Reentry Simulation places participants inside the difficult decisions and pressure points many people face after incarceration. The simulation helps churches, organizations, leaders, and community members better understand reentry barriers, limited resources, compliance pressure, family strain, financial stress, and the consequences of decisions made under pressure.
