ABOUT us

Prison 2 Praise Ministries

Prison 2 Praise Ministries is a Christ-centered restoration ministry serving those incarcerated, justice-impacted individuals, families, children impacted by incarceration, survivors of crime, churches, ministries, and communities.

We exist to proclaim and demonstrate the transforming power of Jesus Christ in places marked by incarceration, harm, trauma, family separation, and brokenness.

Our work is built on a simple but serious belief: people can be restored, but harm must never be minimized.

Through faith, accountability, discipleship, survivor honor, family connection, reentry support, workforce development, training, and practical tools, Prison 2 Praise Ministries helps individuals, families, churches, and communities move toward healing, responsibility, stability, and hope.

We serve directly, and we equip others to serve with wisdom, structure, accountability, survivor honor, and care.

Mission

Prison 2 Praise Ministries exists to proclaim and demonstrate the transforming power of Jesus Christ among those incarcerated, their families, and children impacted by incarceration, harm, and brokenness.
Through faith, accountability, discipleship, and restoration, we equip people to turn lives marked by pain into testimonies of redemption that honor God, honor survivors of crime, strengthen families, and rebuild communities.

Vision

We envision a nation where churches are equipped and mobilized to serve as agents of restoration in their communities, honoring survivors of crime, walking alongside the justice-impacted with accountability and compassion, and helping rebuild families and neighborhoods through the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

OUR VALUES

The values of Prison 2 Praise Ministries are shaped by our faith in Jesus Christ, our commitment to survivor honor, and our belief that restoration must be built with truth, accountability, and care.

Christ-Centered Restoration

We believe true transformation begins with Jesus Christ. Our work is rooted in His grace, truth, healing, and power to restore lives marked by incarceration, addiction, trauma, and brokenness.

Survivor Honor

We honor survivors of crime by refusing to minimize harm, erase pain, or move forward without truth. Survivor honor is not a side issue. It is central to how we understand accountability and restoration.

Accountability

We believe restoration requires responsibility. People must be willing to face truth, own choices, repair what can be repaired, and build a different life with humility and discipline.

Discipleship

We believe spiritual growth requires more than inspiration. It requires teaching, guidance, correction, community, and a daily commitment to follow Christ.

Family Connection

We believe incarceration and harm affect families deeply. We work to support family connection, healing, and stability wherever restoration can be pursued with wisdom and care.

Practical Support

We believe hope must be connected to real tools. People rebuilding their lives need structure, guidance, training, resources, and pathways that help them move from survival toward stability.

Church Equipping

We believe churches are called to be agents of restoration in their communities. Prison 2 Praise Ministries equips churches and ministries to serve with wisdom, structure, survivor honor, accountability, and compassion.

Leadership Through Service

We believe leadership is service. Our work must be carried with humility, integrity, consistency, and a willingness to serve people many overlook and enter spaces many avoid.

Two truths guide everything we build:

People can be restored

We believe Christ can transform lives marked by incarceration, addiction, trauma, and brokenness.

Harm must never be minimized

Restoration must honor survivors, protect truth, practice accountability, and rebuild trust with humility.

Prison 2 Praise Ministries holds these truths together. We believe in redemption, but not denial. We believe in restoration, but not without responsibility. We believe in second chances, but never at the expense of survivor honor, truth, or accountability.

Why This Work Matters

Incarceration, violence, addiction, trauma, and family separation create ripple effects that reach far beyond one person. They impact children, families, survivors of crime, neighborhoods, churches, correctional staff, law enforcement, first responders, and entire communities.
Many people impacted by incarceration and harm are left unseen, unsupported, or expected to rebuild without the structure, accountability, compassion, and practical guidance they need.
Prison 2 Praise Ministries helps address this gap in two ways: we serve individuals and families directly, and we equip others to serve with wisdom, structure, survivor honor, accountability, and hope.
Rooted in the transforming power of Jesus Christ, this connected approach helps make sure those impacted by incarceration, harm, and brokenness are not forgotten, and that restoration is pursued with truth, responsibility, and care.

Our Story

Prison 2 Praise Ministries was born from a prison cell, a moment of conviction, and the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

On September 11, 2001, while the world watched tragedy unfold, Frantz Beasley was incarcerated in Winslow, Arizona. As he watched the attacks on a small television from inside his cell, something in him broke. He saw lives taken, families shattered, and first responders running toward danger with courage and sacrifice.

That moment forced him to face the harm connected to his own life and choices. It was not willpower that changed him. It was Christ.

In the days and years that followed, the words of Jesus became his compass. Grace confronted his excuses. Love confronted his guilt. The cross gave him a new way forward.

What began as a personal turning point became a ministry calling.

Prison 2 Praise Ministries was formed from the conviction that lives can be restored, but victims and survivors must never be forgotten. Their pain matters. Their voices matter. Their dignity belongs at the center of any honest conversation about restoration.

Today, Prison 2 Praise Ministries carries that vision forward through Christ-centered restoration, survivor-honoring accountability, reentry support, family connection, workforce development, youth prevention, church equipping, and practical pathways of hope.

This ministry is more than an organization. It is a testimony that no past is too broken, no wound too deep, and no prison stronger than the love and transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Serving People, Families, Survivors, Churches, and Communities

Prison 2 Praise Ministries serves people and communities impacted by incarceration, harm, family separation, violence, and brokenness.

Our work recognizes that incarceration and harm do not affect one person alone. The ripple effects touch children, families, survivors, neighborhoods, churches, correctional staff, law enforcement, first responders, and entire communities.

Leadership, Guidance, and Accountability

Prison 2 Praise Ministries is led with a commitment to faith, stewardship, accountability, survivor honor, and responsible growth.

As the ministry expands through direct services, RISE programming, the RISE Digital Campus, Survivor Honor Commitment Training, Miles of Hope, and RISE: Walk Across America, leadership clarity matters. The work must be carried with prayer, structure, integrity, and accountability.

Servant Leadership Team

The Prison 2 Praise Ministries Servant Leadership Team supports the mission through prayer, outreach, relationships, implementation support, and ministry service.

This team helps carry the work forward with humility, consistency, and a commitment to Christ-centered restoration.

Survivor Honor Council

The Survivor Honor Council is part of Prison 2 Praise Ministries’ commitment to survivor honor, accountability, and integrity.

The council provides survivor-led guidance connected to Survivor Honor Commitment Training, survivor-honoring practices, ministry safeguards, and accountability review.

Its purpose is to help ensure that restoration work never minimizes harm, ignores survivor voices, or moves forward without truth, humility, and care.

Ministry Accountability

Prison 2 Praise Ministries believes growth must be governed with wisdom.

As the ministry continues to serve directly and equip others, we remain committed to responsible stewardship, mission alignment, survivor-honoring safeguards, and clear accountability in the way programs, partnerships, training, and outreach are developed.
